Making the human factor shine in the digital age.
Our story did not begin in an office, but at home. As neurodivergent people, as parents, as professionals who saw up close what happens when someone doesn’t fit in. And what happens when they do.
Drawing on personal experience and professional commitment, we founded Talent for a Better Society to transform the way society values human diversity, starting with the world of work. Because when talent finds its place, technology does not replace: it empowers.
We foster the development of human potential in contexts of technological change.
We support professionals and organisations in identifying and unlocking dormant capabilities, connecting with a new way of contributing and creating paths of transformation that are real, sustainable and meaningful.
We imagine a future where technological progress does not diminish the role of people, but elevates it. Where artificial intelligence coexists with intuition, creativity and awareness. A future where human talent, diverse and complex, leads change.
We believe that, with the technology available today, doing things right is no longer more expensive or inefficient. Designing people-centred solutions, adapted to their diversity and uniqueness, is not only possible: it is strategically smarter. Because it unlocks dormant value, reduces the waste of talent and multiplies impact.
How we understand technological change
For centuries, human work has been organised under a mechanistic model, in which people have been treated as replaceable parts within a chain. Technology, as it evolved, has taken over each of those links, pushing humans towards ever more complex tasks... until those too end up being automated.
But we believe technological change can be much more than efficient substitution.
Emerging technologies invite us to rethink the ambition of organisations: not doing the same thing faster or cheaper, but generating truly new value.
In this new scenario, human beings can and must take on roles that cannot be replicated by a machine, and that bring vision, ethics, sensitivity, creativity or intuition.
We are no longer talking about optimising chains. We are talking about unleashing human potential to build a new model of value.
Radical respect for difference.
We do not work from labels, but from the uniqueness of each person.
Trust in human potential.
We believe every person has something unique to contribute, given the right conditions.
Active nonconformity.
We question structures, roles and logics that limit people’s full development.
Shared responsibility.
Real change happens when all actors get involved: individuals, organisations, institutions.
Technological humanism.
We champion technology at the service of human beings, not the other way round.
